Structure Taking to long

Hi there,

If I attempt to convert a BluRay directly, the "please wait while your structure is checked..." never gets past 1%; I then need alt del ctrl to close VSO Blu-Ray Convertor.

However, if I rip the bluray using anydvd ripper, then point the VSO Blu-Ray Convertor Ultimate at the ripped folder, all is good.

The issue seems to be across all blurays, I'm attempting Terminator Salvation using anydvd, or DVDFab Key.

Vers 1.2.0.14 and Vers 1.2.0.14 beta

I have unistalled and re-installed using CleanVSO.exe

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I can no longer rip from a Bly-Ray directly, I have re-installed Windwos 7, and no go. I have not applied any Windows 7 updates yet.

Hi,

thanks for the log file,

You have nVidia video card? If so it is possible the problem is related to the latest update they published (and you installed)

try and revert to the previous one to see if the process works again.

Your solution was 100% accurate. Nvidia drivers ver 275.33 are no good, however, ver 260.99 works a treat.

I'm happy as a pig in mud now. :lol:
