Suggestions for how to alleviate this? I've not yet bought the full version, but I would be happy to if this can be fixed

Can you send us the link please?LCData1701 wrote: but on the subscriber side yesterday it wouldn't get anything, and then today it's pulling a set of files like 15.mpeg, 59.mpeg, etc. (and they are very small). I believe this site uses some of the same technology that mlb uses, if that helps any.
Sure...here are a couple of examples..Claire wrote:Can you send us the link please?LCData1701 wrote: but on the subscriber side yesterday it wouldn't get anything, and then today it's pulling a set of files like 15.mpeg, 59.mpeg, etc. (and they are very small). And FYI latest version is now 4.2.3.0 but I am uncertain if it will change anything for this case, but try it and let us know.
I downloaded & installed the latest version (which curiously when I checked for updates w/in the program it didn't suggest there was one). Regardless, now it can still download free clips, but ones that require an account don't get "confused" & grab the random numbered files. Now it simply grabs nothing. So it's cleaner, but still not functioning for the paid portion of the web site. Is there any other information I can provide?LCData1701 wrote:Claire wrote:Can you send us the link please?LCData1701 wrote: but on the subscriber side yesterday it wouldn't get anything, and then today it's pulling a set of files like 15.mpeg, 59.mpeg, etc. (and they are very small). I haven't seen that while trying from the Blaze site, but I have seen that pop up when I'm watching or downloading Youtube videos w/ a separate program.Claire wrote:Do at any point do you see a balloon hint like this one, see image:

I just grabbed the latest version (v4.2.4.1) and it no longer grabs the multiple random 2 digit numbered videos, but still won't detect the subscription-based videos (only the free clips).LCData1701 wrote:I haven't seen that while trying from the Blaze site, but I have seen that pop up when I'm watching or downloading Youtube videos w/ a separate program.Claire wrote:Do at any point do you see a balloon hint like this one, see image:

I can still get to the link above when I'm logged into the site, but here's a new link to a show from Monday:Benjamin wrote:with the latest version (4.2.5.1) I have no problem to download from this site, your link is not workink any more:

Ah! That must be what they (or MLB) changed to late last year. Thanks for your diligence into looking trying this out for me. I certainly look forward in the future to being able to download & watch at higher speeds instead of the 1X streaming again! I'll be watching for those updates in the meantime.Benjamin wrote:thanks for your logins, I confirm you need to be logged to view this video:

for videos that need registration the server uses the HLS protocol that is not yet supported (we plan to support it this year).
