Hi, Guys
If you select the "Do Not Convert" for downloaded file in my case was episodes that were already in mp4 if you select "clear all completed files" it adds a "(2)" to the end of all the files (which I change the name from what is displayed i.e. "video.mp4" to their correct title of each episode if they are still left in the VSO downloader location.

If you just close the program it does NOT add the "(2)" to the end of the completed downloaded files only if you use the clear option from the drop down mange list .

I do not know if this is only peculiar to a files that are already in the mp4 format file with no conversion? I generally convert all other downloaded formats into mp4-H264

I am not sure and thanks for reporting. A new beta version will soon be published (V4) a lot of things have changed. Try with V4 when it is available and if there is still a problem we will investigate.
