Bug: Yes and No buttons in French when the rest of the dialog window was in English

In the latest beta of CXTHD, I copied my license key to the Windows clipboard for pasting into the registration window. CXTHD detected the key copied to the clipboard and asked me, in English, if I wanted to paste that key from the clipboard into the registration window. However, the Yes and No buttons were labelled in French.
