Hello,

Both vso_convertxtodvd_setup_7.0.0.55b: and vso_convertxtovideo2_setup_2.0.0.85b: failed to complete the conversion to DVD. Each attempt halted approx 75% through with the dreaded "Damm, we have a problem.' I tried changing "Allow Smart Copy" from it's default of "... only if source is a compliant structure" to "Disabled." It did not resolve the problem. Note: I am not using vso_convertxtodvd_setup_7.0.0.56b for reasons I stated in a different post that you've not yet responded to? I doubt that 56b would solve this issue. Below are part of each log and the 'Media Info' from the source file.

IMPORTANT: VideoRedo TV Suite Ver 5.3 by DRD Systems, another product I am registered with [for many years] had NO PROBLEM rendering the source: The Special Relationship - Michael Sheen, Helen McCrory, Dennis Quaid, Hope Davis 2010.mp4 to DVD 5.1, and created the DVD media and plays ok.
