Are you talking about audio bitrate setting in custom profile editor?
If yes, this setting is a bitrate "by channel" value, that mean if you set it to 128Kb/s you will have a 256Kb/s audio stream for stereo.

Bearing in mind that 128 kbps is a mediocre quality, you should increase the bitrate.

Keep in mind that if you set bitrate setting to 128Kb/s (bitrate by channel), you will have 128Kb/s audio file for mono, but 256Kb/s audio file for stereo, 768Kb/s for 5.1 file.
