Detecting downloaded videos

Sometimes it'll try downloading videos/streams that have already been downloaded a while after they've been removed from the list of downloads or on the next run of it.

it makes sense, it will be updated in the next release (but you may also need to clean your cache)

this fix will create another problem so we cannot apply it: when the download is deleted as it is not in the list it will be re-detected if it is playing in the background

Let me clarify the issue for you. The previously downloaded streams/videos are being recorded when they're not even playing in the browser, etc.
