Blu-ray Converter Ultimate - Error in conversion process

When I attempt to convert my bluray to anything other than the DVD profiles I get a conversion error immediatly after starting converstion.

Windows 7 sp1 32bit - Quad Core Intel with 4 gig ram.

Any ideas?
