How to merge video files and join video files together with ConvertXtoDVD: (to do this with ConvertXtoVideo click here)
With ConvertXtoDVD
1) Download and install the latest version of ConvertXtoDVD
2) Add the first video file to ConvertXtoDVD by navigating the main menu clicking on File / Add video file or by using the green icon “+” found on the right of the window. 3) Click on the video file and click right with the mouse to select Merge more files to this titleset or click on the merge icon found on the right side of the window. 4) You will find yourself in the Merge tab under the preview window. Click on the video tape icon just to the right of the first file listed to merge a file to it so as to join two video files ( a horizontal timeline). ConvertXtoDVD will convert these two files into one (or more if added), removing any playback gap you could have had if you played these two files back to back. 5) Once you have added your files to merge click on OK.. If you have additional audio tracks and/or subtitles files you can add them in this window (add them below the corresponding video file).
6) When you come back to the main window, you can see the time of the titleset has increased (adding the time of all the individual files you have merged together)
