Windows 11

Post by moxley108 »

have recently upgraded from windows 10 to 11
the problem is the slots where the info about what you want to burn have reduced to to two if the film is dragged to software there are about 3 lines of text in this line one over the other and the film in the big space if you edit it, the title is unreadable and that's after editing before trying to use software, also the icons on buttons are really minute, need a magnifying glass if you want to see them
Any Thoughts

VSO ConvertXtoDVD Install Options.jpg
Hello,

This is what *I* would personally try...

1) Download the latest version --> http://download.vso-software.fr/archive ... 0.0.83.exe

2) When you install it, select all boxes (See image)

[Delete Registry Base] --> This will remove all your configuration, settings and registration)
Ensure you have a valid key to activate again etc...

This will make it a 100% clean install, and see if you still have the same issues or resolves them...

I have tried attaching screenshots but if you can but its winding me up and what you said to do in work through made no difference. Even tried compatibility on windows 11 but that affected everything on computer.

Hello,

I have opened an official bug report with VSO for you --> https://bugs.vso-software.fr/view.php?id=14340

Let's see what Katia from Tech Support says and or if the developer Jacques will answer himself.

Hi,

I am running Windows 11 in a Virtual Machine, and I am having ZERO issues...

I wonder if the issue would be with your Screen Resolution, Video Drivers, Video Card Settings...

Let's see what VSO can suggest...

Those screenshots look odd, looks like you have windows scaling up way too much.

What is actual screen resolution and what is scaling percentage?

Here are instructions on how to check that:
https://www.lifewire.com/adjust-screen- ... 11-5194035

Scaling should not be more that 125% in any case, no matter what size of screen you have.
Try setting it to 100% and check does the problem still occur.

Hello.

I'm current using a Dell 2023 Vestro Tower with Windows 11 and ConvertX 7.0.083. When I attempt to load a file I immediately get
"File Name" ignored. Unrecoverable error while reading. I still have a valid registration key. Is there another build someone could recommend to try?

Thanks!
