TV series menu

So I'm putting a whole 50 episode series on blu-ray. I've been able to figure almost everything out on my own. There is just one problem I'm having. I have the main menu and the episode selection menu but it also makes menus for each individual episode. When the episode ends or if I hit the menu button, it goes to the episode's specific menu. Is there a way to cut those menus out so I just have the main menu and episode menu?
