Problem with activation

Hello,
I have a problem with Convertxtodvd activation. I received an e-mail with activation key, but it doesn't work. I tried everything (installed latest trial version from your site, checked all 3 delete options of previous data during installation), but it keeps showing message:
Invalid parameter encountered. Please correct the problem and try again.
Additional information: License has expired since 0.66 days.
I sent an e-mail to support center and filled and sent request with VSO Support Request Tool.
