[7.0.0.73] Subtitles not in sync

Tried several different "files" of the same movie. On my desktop PC the subs are in sync, but after conversions they are not. Windows 11, all updates. No other issues.
In addition, any TV series with 'subtitles' come out just fine. On 'movies' I always do '2' pass, on TV shows I do "not". "Most" movies I do "not" have this issue. If I do, I just find a different 'file' of that movie. This one I have tried '4' different files.

Never mine. Finally found a 'file' that worked and kept the subs in sync.
