VSO Software Forum

Hello.
My main PC died a few days ago, so I installed convertxtodvd 7 on an old HP 800 pc, and now the program keeps giving me the above error message in the burning dialog box.
I’ve tried with a few external burners, but the error persists, and the burning process hangs on 0%.
I’ve also tried saving the project and burning to ISO, and using external programs to burn.
I’ve also downgraded to a 2016 version, in the hope an older version may be kinder to the HP tower - but nothing works.
The external drives burn other files without fuss.

I can provide a log file tomorrow, but was wondering if there was a quick fix for this just now?
