Hi

Just a newbie question.......
I tried this software yesterday 1st time with encoding 3 mkv files in 2160p, x265, 2 languages, subtitels
Traget should be 1080p Bluray ISO folder
After around 1h the programm disappears. No error message (no log?)
Tried again....same happens again after around 1 1/2h (different coding positions, thats I'm sure)

My system is Win10, with all updates, GTX3080ti, 32MB

2nd question.....
CAn I make 2 cuts in a video at the same time. One at the beginning and one at the end? Or is only 1 possible?

With a single file there is NO problem
only when Im using 3 (to fill the disk)

Hi,
I never used this software, but in the past, if the application crashed, there should be a crash_log in the log folder…
If it works with 1 file and not 3, humm ran out of resources / memory maybe ?

Also check which version you are using. Latest beta version 3.0.0.74 was released 2020-11-19 to fix crashes due to memory leak issues

version 4 for me is the best

Where is such a "version 4" available for download?

Current "release" is still 3.0.0.71 as it has been for years. Same on home product page.

So what is this about "version 4"??
