cant view log

Hello. can someone please let me know why i cant view log. when i click on it nothing pops up anymore. ive uninstalled and re installed. it s 5.1.1.71

Hi,
Could you access the log folder or the main log? (HELP menu)
Please send a screenshot of the button you are using which is not working.

when i right click on a download and the popup with opyions comes up i click on "open log" and nothing happens

Ladies, gentleman. I have been unable to find logs for a long time, a real pet peeve for me:

I downloaded an older version 4.1.1.25 and vie log works fine. //doesnt on newer version

using win10 home vers 2004 and vso downloader vers 51171 / engine 28/7/20 . This video download ok for me

If you are unable to download Youtube, just need to reinstall the last version:
http://download.vso-software.fr/archive ... 1.1.71.exe
Please check all three cleaning options. (see attached screenshot)

did this. video downloaded fine but log still wont open, tried both ways including the help drop down
