NVENC GTX 1650 vs. GTX 1050 Ti

At this moment I use a Pallit KalmX GTX 1050 Ti graphic card.
KalmX stands for no fan.
Yesterday Pallit launched the KalmX GTX 1650.
My question is: Is the GTX 1650 faster with NVENC than the GTX 1050 Ti?

GTX 1650 is faster than GTX 1050Ti a little.
But it is slower than gtx 1080 or gtx 1660Ti.
If you have a lot of money, choose gtx 1660Ti

Called Pallit HQ in Germany today (luky I can speak German very well).
The KalmX GTX 1650 is 25% faster.
I don't want to buy a other card because the KalmX GTX 1650 has no fan.
So no fan noise in my system wich is very, very quiet.
Want to keep it that way.
