you are "not" burning to disc? If I am burning to disc, not only does the disc eject, so you hear and see that, but there is a sound event telling you the operation is complete. If not burning to disc, I hear nothing, so I have to keep checking, since the monitor goes into sleep mode. I do check and see that there is an estimated time to complete, so I monitor that, but it would be nice if there was a sound event. Running v69.

You should get some kind of audio that says "OPERATION HAS BEEN COMPLETED" even if you're just writing the files to VIDEO_TS on your HD. I never burn DVD's, just always write to VIDEO_TS on my HD. And I always get the audio saying the operation has been completed.


You may want to go into your settings and reset all notification options. I don't know if that will reset audio notifications or not, but it might help.
