Canceled by user error

I am using windows 7 ultimate with convertxtohd version 3.0.0.64 and it gives me the Canceled by user error only when I use my GeForce gtx 250 video options. If I turn off the video card and convert it with my cpu work fine just takes really long. Tried update the video card but didn’t help. Any suggestions?
