This Key is Used on too many computers

Hello
I've clean installed my Windows today, now when I want to register Convertxtodvd I get this message "This Key is Used on too many computers", where should i contact to reset my Computer ID?

but this is for when there is another Computer that ConvertXtoDVD is registered on it. I don't have any other Computer that ConvertXtoDVD was registered on.

sounds like tech support is needed

the application probably thinks it is installed on a new computer (because of reinstall of windows). And app is already installed on old "computer" prior to reinstall of windows. So "revoke" is not an option

we've been unable to find your email in the user DB, so you are probably registered to another email address. I encourage you to submit a support request so we can analyse your situation.

don't forget to give us your registration email or your unlock key, so we can find your customer record.

Hi
I've submitted the request.
I can get my unlock code by using my email address from the website so I think my email address is correct
