Feature request grid in mm or cm

When working on a menu, I often use decorations.
These decorations are placed horizontally and the space between them has to be the same.
The current grid in ConvertxToHD is not small enough even if I use Lines set to 11.
Have to use a tape roller in front of my monitor to get the spaces equal.
Imagine that picture and then realize that I also need reading-glasses and I use a 4K monitor !
Is it possible that a grid can be set in CM or MM ?
That would make the job a lot easier.
