BUG: NVenc encoding failed, but no errors reported

Attempted a BD25 disc using 13 episodes of a show, with the software configured for HW encoding (NVidia GTX 1060, 6GB).
The final disc size was only 2.3 GB, and did not include any of the encoded episodes - only menu items.
Looking at the logfile, I noticed that every episode failed conversion, but the software did not report any errors, and continued through the entire process, including burning the disc.
