video stops when fast-forwarding

I have the problem with .mkv and.mp4, other containers I do not use. That's only with VSO Video Converter
I have that at 2.0.0.88 and .2.0.0.92. Whether it is with other versions before 2.0.0.88 I do not know.
Could you check that out? Program is great, only the point disturbs.

Over 1 month no answer. Have the program changed, the new is to classy beeser than the old backward VSO, shame about the money, well, no matter

If I pre-rewind (.mp4 and .mkv) the video stops a few seconds. This is only with VSO created videos like that. Thank you for your reply.
By the way:
why will not really even developed.? The program is absolutely outdated, at least not worth its money at the moment.

I have the same issue.
When trying to forward or rewind (scan and search) a disc, it just pauses, and will not progress. The disc will play, but not able to rewind or forward.
Is there a fix for this please?
