Erratic Interface Behavior

Hi, there is a cosmetic problem whenever I try to choose an encoding profile: items from all the sub-menus will not be shown correctly.
Here I leave you a little problem's sample:

I'm using latest stable version and it happens with all the themes equally.
P.D. It would be good the program remembers the exact last "General settings" section which was used each time, instead always going back to a fixed, predetermined one.
