Blu-Ray Ultimate Converter 4 Hangs Up at 99 %

So after upgrading to current version and trying the beta version , Blu-Ray Ultimate Converter 4 hangs up at 99% everytime with every blu ray disc I've tried to convert.
Anyone else have this problem and how do I resolve this issue. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the software 4 times. Then tried the new beta VERSION SAME PROBLEM. Any ideas? I've tried to attach a copy of the log and a screenshot as a word doc and a pdf but it's not allowed? Any idea How I can get the info to you guys to see the problem?
