Burn engine not responding

Just purchased lifetime license only to find out I can't burn a disc. Windows 10 OS here, please advise. Thanks.

Surely someone knows what is going on with this issue. There is no hardware issues with my PC. It burns discs, dvd, bluray no problem with other programs except this one. Please help. I have ran through all the settings, and my burners have the latest firmwares.

Software will convert 2 totally different .mkv files and burn them to 4 gig dvd and 25 gig blu ray formats and plays no problem. When I select to convert to dvd 9 double layer, it will convert, but hangs on the burning engine screen. This is a bug I have discovered. Anyone else experience this?
