Unauthorized changing of harddrive settings

Hello
During installation process of ConvertXtoVideo harddrive settings are being changed that will destroy in time the harddrive.
After installation the "time to fall asleep" of my harddrive is set down from 80 to 01 (!!!). That means, after about 1 sec, harddrive "falls asleep" and every time working on the laptop the harddrive has to be reactivated. So, the mecanics of the harddrive has to "overwork" and will be destroyed slowly.
Please check deeply what's happening during installation process with user's harddrive settings.
