Hi guys can i burn hd files onto a dual DVD FOR PS4 ?

Maybe if you explain exactly what you want to do you might get some answers!
are these films you want to put onto a disc, please be more specific.

There is no simple answer.
Sony states that yes, but there are a lot of restrictions.
Basically playing HD material from DATA DVD should work, normal video DVD is not supporting HD.
