Feature Request: Output folder

Hello developer team,

it woul be a very useful feature to add the following options:
"Output folder same as input folder"
and for the converted file, the choice
"overwrite existing file" or "automatically rename"

These settings will make it easier to find all these files converted at once
like from tv-series.

I'm not sure what you're asking for. Check the attached images to see if it is what you are asking for.

The best way to explain what I mean is a picture

As you can see, the source video files are already categorized in folders
and the converted files should keep location and name of the source files.

target= \videos\2013\bike\mountain\with_friends_27Nov.mkv

I have been refaring to overwriting existing file or automatically renaming.
These options already exist.
