CUDA option not available

For some reason the CUDA option on Blu-ray (and DVD) Converter is grayed out? I am running a GeForce GT 520 with the latest drivers. What would cause this option to not be available?

FIgured it out. RDP into the computer the option is not available. Used a different remote app and it is now.
