Key Not Working

I've been looking around the web site for a support email address, but there does not appear to be one. I guess you guys do not want to be bothered = \

I purchased a Gold Membership and the key for DVD Converter is not working. I even watched the video on how to enter the key to make sure I am competent at copy and pasting things. Luckily, I still remember how to do it!

Needless to say, the key that was provided to me, does not work…

So, 1) how can I reach support directly rather than posting on the message board and 2) how can I resolve this problem so I can actually use the product that I purchased.

I’ll have to test all the other keys now to be sure they work as well.

We have various support forms.

2) you have a key for DVD Converter (not your goldmember key that will work)

I am a gold member. I cannot get my key for DVD Converter Ultimate to work on 2.0.0.6, and you do not have an updated key for it.
