Copy dvd encrypted?

DVD converted detected as encrypted and invalid dvd structure a copy DVD of the movie Thor. I made the copy using AnyDVd and CloneDVD. If I use the backup dvd with anydvd in background then there is not problem, but if I insert the backup dvd without anydvd running then the error message appears. The backup dvd IS NOT protected. Also if I copy the files of the backup to my computer, dvd converter open then without problem.
