Yes this converter is really very good. i like this converter help to convert dvd's to so many formats. the quality of the converted file is also very good. there are so many converters available over the net but this is quite good.

yes the email i opened said it was for blueray converter but it sent rego number for dvd converter????????????????????????? why

Downloaded and installed but the program launches 1 time in 5 . You see the process start then nothing. If you double click the icon a few times then it may launch. Running Xp Pro.
Have UN-installed and reinstalled same problem have turned of anti virus in case was blocking (no warning giving such action) .
Any Suggestions why

Thanks for your feedback. When you say

You see the process start then nothing.

where do you "see" something? Do you see interface, or are you talking about in the task manager?

Have you used the CLeanVSO tool to uninstall?

A new vesrion is out 1.2.1.13 (we are working on getting the news keys in place today). Maybe let me know how it goes with that.

Since 1.2.1.13, the DVD converter expects a new key (a longer key block) and the serial that can be automatically retrieved doesn't work any more..

Asking for a new key, I am a Goldmember and the key they send me doesnt work on the new beta.

Obviously still sorting “new” keys.
Try again tomorrow is my option…

Tomorrow it is, at my age I dont even buy " Green bananas" so tomorrow is a questionable.

PM me with your email that is used in our database and I will send you a new key.

FYI for conversions DVD to DVD with 1.2.1.14 subtitles do not display in preview (as they are simply copied from the source - no reencode needed). We will propose a solution so user is informed.
