Gold Member and requesting product key

Hi I am a gold member and have been requesting a product key via the tech support link. So far it has been since version .11 and I have not received a unlock key.

I have the same issue. Requesting a key through the usual webform, I am a goldmember, gives an invalid key.

I am a GoldMember as well, and I can't get the software to activate my account. I have sent a message to Software Support on this issue.

You do need a new serial key for this software. They will send you one eventually.
