Hi,

Are you running AnyDVD HD in the background to remove all protections ?

Just want to be sure :D

Doesn't actually do anything

I just installed and tried the blu-ray ripper but it doesn't actually work. It says it's ripping but it just sits there. I let it run overnight and it was still running, doing nothing, when I checked after 8 hours.

It still does not work for me. It seems to scan the disc as it selects an Mpeg codec and then gives me language options but the button "Select Your Encoder Profile" is gray and when I click on it it flashes blue but does not give me any options and now not even the ready to rip option appears. I am using W7x64 Ultimate and a LG GGW-H20L BD-RE drive with AnyDVD HD 6.6.8.0

I have W7x64 Premium and Anydvd HD.
My burner is LG BH10LSRBB.
I have ripped two Blu-rays, everything was OK...but those watermarks.

Hi all,

@Tomppeli : Be sure you will be able to unlock the ripper (and encode without watermark...) soon. I just want to wait for a more stable version before.
I added minimize windows feature request

@balrog9 : Can you try with the last beta I've just built :

http://oasis.vso-software.fr/Beta/Blura ... 0.0.10.exe

If this version don't work for you, we will try to investigate more...

PS : Before a beta tester post a request about this issue, I will fix the green line in preview in next release... ;)

Thank you for your feedbacks and have a nice week-end!

Still no luck. The very first time it runs, right after installation, I have the encoder profile but there is no rip option. If I close the program and then relaunch the encoder option is greyed out again.

balrog9, I think there's a corrupted file in your installation path...

Please delete the Blu-ray ripper installation folder ({program files}\VSO\Bluray Ripper) then retry to install.

After installation, you must see DVD PAL 4/3 profile selected by default in step 3 at first launch...

Thank you.

REQUEST:

When a new version is release, is it possible to update the link in the 1st message box ?

We need to scroll down to see that v0.0.0.6 and v0.0.0.7 has been released

Thank you...

Same Problem w/ 0.0.0.8

I get the same problem with the latest version although if I had allowed it to continue instead of canceling the test rip it might have completed but when I canceled and then relaunched the program the lack of an encoder choice was once again present. I clicked next anyway and received the error "List index out of bounds(0)" I am now using AnyDVD 6.6.8.3 if that makes any difference. I am only able to get the encoder choices the first time I launch after install. Oh and even though I always request it the installer does not create a desktop shortcut, at least in W7x64 Ultimate. The program is looking good though. I look forward to being able to use it.

It can't read the disc now. It says no blu-ray structure found.

Hi balrog9,

In place of selecting your blu-ray reader in the list, can you click on the open folder button then select the BDMV folder from you blu-ray reader?
(check to be sure AnyDVD HD is running...)

I updated the Blu-ray reader parsing function without testing it

Your video profile issue is fixed here (tested on 14 PCs...), and I hope you will be able to use the ripper very soon!

Thanks a lot.

Structure Error

Yes opening the disc as a folder works. The quality looks good too. Is it supposed to give any kind of a message after the rip is done? The time until completion bar is full and there is no response from the next button but the only way to exit appears to be the "X".

Hi all,

A new Blu-ray ripper beta version is available (see first post for new download link...)

Major changes :
- Added DVD menu template support (I must fix an issue with Black mirror with video),
- Updated video encoder profiles,
- Interface updates,
- Rip process pause function added,
- Added output video filesize constraints (to fit on CD, DVD5, DVD9, custom size...)
- Added chapters support. At this time, the ripper import chapters from original Blu-ray structure,
- Fixed issue in installation script to put shortcut on desktop if requested.

I must fill the "finish" step windows, just click on "Source" step to return to first page when finished.

I will add the automatic burn feature soon...

The blu-ray ripper entry has been added in VSO Bug report, you can use it if you found any issue...
