How to merge MP4's into one file with chapters?

As per title, I would like to merge aprox ten MP4's into one file with chapters. It's footage from my gopro.

Here are the two ways to merge files,
1)

2) load all files, select them all, then right click and select merge

Chapters can only be create when converting to some formats which include: MKV, DVD, Blu-Ray and AVCHD
