[Feature Requests] 2 Simple, 1 Maybe Not...

Hello team, excellent work on your software!

I have 2 simple requests:
1. As seen in the attached image, the Setup.exe for ConvertXtoVideo doesn't have as much information as the ConvertXtoDVD installer has. Because of this, Windows' tooltip for CxtoVideo's Setup.exe doesn't show a version number.
2. Consider adding the word "Beta" to installed beta versions (not just the Setup program), so we know when the program we're using is a beta or a standard release.

Those are likely very simple changes. Here's the less simple request:

Region-free encoding in CxtoVideo, CxtoDVD, and CxtoHD would be helpful, if possible. I know that NTSC or PAL should be chosen initially due to video dimensions and frame rates, but can the DVD or Blu-ray that is created be region-free (a.k.a. "All-Region")?
