Seems version 2.1.1.27 has problems calculating quality level when setting video bitrate. For MKV's as well as PS3 MP4's it will claim that video quality will be low for an output rate of 6000 Kb/s (H264 - Hardware). It states quality will be at 44%. This may well be true for 1080p, but the issue is that it shows the same values when asked to do a 720p output.
