Trying to copy one of my Blu Rays that I first ripped to my hard drive using AnyDVD and get the above error as soon as I press start. I have downloaded and installed the latest version and below is a cop of the log file:

If you are converting to something other than DVD, please try with the beta version posted here
http://forums.vso-software.fr/vso-blu-r ... 12998.html

let us know if that corrects the problem

Claire,

I just tried a different title and get the same message. It is not starting ripping, the error message happens as soon as I press the "start" button.

Completely uninstalled the software including removing all registry entries and installed the original version and it worked fine and then I installed the most recent version and the error message came back. However, when I first tried this (uninstalled the reinstalling the original version) without removing the registry entries I got the same error message. It seems that the problem could be somewhere in the registry eateries the latest versions are making when installing them.

I had the same "List Out of Bounds (-1)" error after updating to version 1.3.0.2 of Blu-Ray Converter. The problem was fixed by uninstalling (using Revo Uninstaller, to remove all registry entries) then reinstalling. I suspect there is a bug when updating to a new version - could this be fixed, please.

Hello,

A new version has just been posted, can you tell me if you still get the error with it:

Thanks,

Claire,

Thank you that fixes the issue. However, when I first installed it and tried to use advance settings I got a exception warning invalid Operation message. I fully uninstall the program including deleting the registry entries (I used Revo Uninstaller).

Another issue has cropped up, for a test I converted a small bit a movie and I turned off the preview screen, when I stoped it it asked me to delete the partially completed rip, I said yes and closed the program. When I closed the program I received the following error message. Please note the program still closed after I clicked okay.

Thank you Jimbo41 for your reports.

When you say

Does this mean even after your clean installation you still get the invalid operation message?

I've reported the exception EinvalidOperation error here

Hi,

I think your problem should be fixed in last version (1.4.0.7) set as default version on our web site :
http://www.vso-software.fr/products/blu ... verter.php

I'm waiting for your feedback...

Thank you!

Claire,

I got this error message after exiting the program after a partial rip and this was after a clean install.

From my first quick test it seems to be fixed.
