ConvertXtoDVD 7 Batcher - Batcher stops working

I am having some issues using ConvertXtoDVD v7.0.0.31 and Batcher beta 1.6.3.40 (compatible with v7').

I load a number of projects into the Batcher and start it running.
It loads the first project fine, does the encoding, creates an ISO file the Sometimes very slowly and then that particular instance of ConvertXtoDVD closes.
However, the Batcher does not realise that the first project has been completed, so it never progresses onto the next project. I'm wondering if the problem could be related to still having version 6 installed

If anyone has had the same problem Or ideas how to fix it, please let me know. And if you require any further information, please ask and I will provide.

Use batcher in compatibility mode, choose "Run this program as an administrator". After that it works fine.

Hi, sorry for the delay.
@bk1981, Darkaeacus & raydodat since I can't reproduce the issue, could you use the "Report a bug" option from the batcher menu sa I can see what you have in common?

1. Please send the bug report from within the batcher.
2. Does the report form appear?

Just uploaded 2 crashlogs. After you manually force close batcher open it up again and upload the logs that way. You can open the log folder and read the logs before you upload them. I've got 7 crash logs in just 2 days of trying to convert 13 or so projects.

The errors I get are

16:22:23.095 Exception Access violation at address 00520E15 with 2 parameters:
Param 0: $00000000
Param 1: $74636574

------------
19:22:22.889 Exception Canvas does not allow drawing in EInvalidOperation

22:10:16.922 Exception Access violation at address 00408F2C with 2 parameters:
Param 0: $00000000
Param 1: $00000000


Those are the 3 errors I can see. The canvas one shows up in 6 crashlogs. After each of them there are a crapton of "Exception:" written. I've got log files from 3 megs to 9 megs in size. Pretty large for a text document.
