I keep getting a pop up box come up stating their is a problem stating to
titleset 1 enable video streaming
I've never had this happen before when I've added files to convert x to dvd, I did update from 6 to 7, I don't understand what this means, but it won't let me convert the files
Any help is greatly needed

Video streaming sounds more you're trying to download a video from an online site versus converting a container to DVD. I don't know why CXD would pop up a window like that.

Can you capture a screenshot of what precisely pops up when you encounter this?

This error means that the video has a problem with its video stream, it can be damaged or have an unsupported format.

Send us to check the video file which fails, you can use our platform: https://upload.vso-software.fr

If that's what that error means, you can try something else, too, in the meantime, if you're inclined.

Download and install a piece of freeware called AVIDeMux. Load this file where you get this pop up on it into AVIDeMux. Change the Video from Copy to something else; I use x264. I would also change the Output Format to MP4. Then save a new file. This conversion may take some time. Once the new file output has been saved, try loading this new file in CXD and see if it works okay.

I'm using a Mp4 file & always used the same site for yrs, but it has to be the file as its the only two files that bring the pop up box up with enabled video streaming does any one suggest another free converter to dvd as id like to sort out this 2 video file out to get on to dvd ASAP

Try what I suggested. :) While it isn't a DVD converter, it should convert your file to a file CXD won't choke on. I do it every time CXD chokes on an input and I can't think of a single time where it didn't fix the issue.

No problem. No, AVIDeMux is not software that will create a DVD. AVIDeMux will just create a new MP4, etc. container file, like the one you're having trouble getting CXD to use. You just load the new AVIDeMux saved MP4 file in place of the file you were loading that wasn't working in CXD. Then see if the same pop up appears.

You will most likely want the Windows x64 version, as that's the most common Windows install now. But, you may have an older PC.

It's not so much the version of Windows you have as the type of PC you have. An older PC may be 32 bit, which will not run the 64 bit version of a program. And only some older versions of AVIDeMux are 32 bit.

Not very pc looks too complicated for me, plus I have paid for convert x to dvd, not going to pay out was looking more for a free convertor to transfer as the convert keeps poping up with we have a problem enable video streaming, but it's not saying it on any other files
