Anyone else have this problem?

Post by robertg_s »

Hi
I have been using this software for years with minor problems now and then. But today on my new computer (windows 11 Dell All-in-One) which had worked for most of the day all of sudden burnt DVD successfully and able to watch on my DVD okayers stopped working (well it says burned successfully but when I go to watch any of them it does not seem to see there is DVD in the machine)? I have had no problem even as early just a few hours ago and then BAM this happened. I have tried different blank DVDs each come back as successfully burnt but will not play. Any thoughts?
I do have many more movies to do and will continue until I find out what is going on. I will try again and obtain the log if you need further info.
Thanks for any help on this matter.

Hi all

I solved my own problem. I just got a new batch of blank DVDs and it worked. Guess I had some that are defective.
