VSO Software Forum

I have been trying to burn some of episodes of some series and continue to get this error, it occurs on various different ones, i have tried everything from re installing the program to reformatting windows, any advice on how to fix this issue? screenshot and log included

That file looks to be the problem.
It has x265 encoding and CxToDVD seems to have problems with it.
Try other files that are not x265 encoded.

anyone know of any workarounds? this format seems to be becoming more common

Try using a file converter to change the format from x265 to some other codec. Something like AVIDeMux. Whenever I have problematic files, the first thing I do is run them through a format converter.

Or simply wait for 64bit version of CxD. That should be able to handle all new codecs without problems.
