Activation code invalid

Hello,
I just purchased ConvertXtoDVD last night, and when I enter the activation code it says it has expired for 440 days. I sent an email to VSO support but have received no response. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Tonight our robot was down and didn't forward the new licenses to our database. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
Please retry your key on the computer again, it should work now
Let me know if it doesn't. We'll plan a remote control session as soon as possible so I can sort it out immediately.
