But this subtitle works fine in km player in PC and android mx player.

What is exactly the problem?
You have wrong character encoding in subtitle settings?

VLC media player also show like this. wondershare dvd creator show correctly but there's only hard encoding option.

Anyway to add more encoding pages?
I m from India.my language is Tamil.i think Code page 57004 (ISCII-Tamil) may be work.

Are you saying that only problem is subtitle being divided to three rows instead of two or even one?
