I have been trying to convert some videos and the length in convertxtodvd shows one length before conversion and a radically different length after conversion. I found a warning but am not sure what it means here is the log. Any help would be appreciated

I did all of the above and the 4 scenes should be 2 hours and it is like thirty minutes after conversion.
Convert x Says two hour before conversion
Upon Further investigation i have a feeling it is the website (legal) that i am getting the videos from they show correct length if you stream them the time changes upon download
