I had a major crash on my Win 10 PC. Cut a long story short I had to wipe my SSD and reinstall everything again, which I did everything went back on smoothly and no problem.
ONLY ConvertX gave me trouble.
It says it is on "too many PC's" - only its NOT. Its on this solitary one, and I have emailed and explained and got no answer.
How can I get this back ? If it checks it'll find it's the same PC

I can't imagine what happened. Since you are still using the same PC, you still have the same computer ID.
I'll try to contact VSO support.
