What is ‘good enough’ or best file to download a movie?

I usually download the following type: 1080p.BluRay.x264

Some of the ones I see are as follows, in no particular order: TrueHD 7.1 – Hevc.DTS-HD.MA.TrueHD 7.1 – BRRip – AVC.DTS-HD.MA.7.1 – BluRay.x264

I know there are others, just looking for ones to convert to burn to a DVD. I do have a large screen TV with surround sound.

I realize that VSO seems to be maybe 'gone', but hopefully someone can give some support / opinion.

I think 1080P Bluray x264 with DTS or AC3 sound is good choice
