QUESTION ABOUT REGISTERED VERSION CXD

hi, usually my laptop connected to the internet while i am using CXD, so recently i just realised when not on the internet when i open CXD it shows me my version CXD is not registered, so i activated it with my license key of course, it registered but when i check the status like the pic attached. registered but need activation. does it mean CXD need to be online all times? if i am offline will my conversion have watermark not buying? thank you

You only need to be on the internet once for activation and licence authentication.
Following that there will not be any restrictions.
