Videos not repeating issue

I put together a bunch of meditation videos for a client for his wife who likes to sleep with the disc playing, I received this email from him, hopefully you can help

Just to let you know I received the disc today. As I had stated before your discs will not repeat by using the repeat button on my dvd player remote. If I hit repeat title or chapter it only replays the first video of the disc. If I just hit play all it goes through the disc and goes back to the original start page with the play all option. It just so happens that my wife likes to sleep to discs playing over and over again. This does not make me very happy.
